Senate Committees to Hold Hearing on Philadelphia Abortion Clinic
WHAT: Sens. Tommy Tomlinson and Pat Vance will chair a joint hearing on the
grand jury investigation into the abortion clinic operated by Kermit B. Gosnell,
M.D. In addition to gathering testimony from the Philadelphia District
Attorney's Office on this investigation, prosecutors and investigators also may
discuss a previous grand jury report on illegal theft and sale of body parts
from funeral homes in the city.
