July 9, 2008 - Governor Ed Rendell hands signed copies of House Bill 1150 to
Senators Jane Orie and Don White following a July 9 ceremony. The new law
provides for coverage of autism services, colorectal cancer screening and state
oversight of the proposed merger of Highmark Inc. and Independence Blue Cross.
